We have two locations, one in Pendik in Istanbul and the other in Kocaeli. The 25,000 m2 Pendik yard is our HQ, housing the majority of our engineers, designers and other functions.
Its sheds are used expressly for interior decoration and finishing work. The 40,000 m2 Kocaeli shipyard is where the steel & aluminium hull and superstructure work is completed, as well as the installation of machinery and heavy piping.

Housing the production & purchasing teams - the operations department is responsible for developing & executing construction plans. From managing construction, furnishing and equipping to provision and control of the supply of all imported materials and service requests, operations team members are known for their discipline and work ethic. The production team manages the construction, equipment and furnishing of projects in accordance with detailed plans. The procurement team secures the inflow of all imported materials and service requests, especially project-based imports.
A large team of 40+, the design & interior team meticulously analyzes, calculates and optimizes the factors that make a yacht buildable. The team prepares plans, projects, production drawings and documents related to both new build and refit projects.
The project & refit teams start their work early in the lifecycle of a yacht, managing preparation of draft technical specifications and general layout plans. They then plan and manage construction progress in accordance with detailed roadmaps which they prepare. The project teams act as a bridge between departments in order to complete projects before deadlines, within budget, in line with the company's objectives and in a manner that meets quality requirements.
The finance department ensures a healthy flow of resources within and outside of the company. They maintain accounting systems in line with the framework of regulation, but also prepare budget plans and reports to gauge whether business results are realized according to financial targets.
This team is responsible for preparing, negotiating, finalizing and signing various international agreements that bring the company into contract with the client. They also provide legal consulting for all transactions carried out within the company, ensuring compliance with subcontractors’ and suppliers’ contracts.
The Quality department is responsible for our quality in line with government, company, class and client standards. They design and execute all quality control & measurement processes.
The HR Team operates recruitment, training and development, career and talent acquisition, organisational development, performance management and compensation/benefits.
